Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is a great dip recipe I found on the AE Dairy website.  Guys seem to like this one as it is a bit of a spin off buffalo style chicken wings.


6 oz. low-fat whipped cream cheese
6 oz. AE Classic Greek Yogurt
6 oz. shredded chicken
1/2 c. plus 2T. buffalo wing sauce
3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, divided
1 T. ranch dip mix

The key ingredient: AE Classic Greek Yogurt

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, chicken, 1/2 c. buffalo sauce, 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese and ranch dip mix.  Spread mixture in an 8 x 8 -inch glass baking dish and top with remaining cheese and buffalo sauce.  Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, and serve with fresh veggies, crackers or pita chips.

Makes 8-10 servings
