Wendy’s Simple Salmon

If you are already thinking about healthy eating going into the new year then give this simple salmon recipe from my sister Wendy a try!  This is just right for two people.

Wendy’s Simple Salmon
6 – 8 ounce salmon filet
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup Worcestershire
1/3 cup sesame seed
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
Pinch of fresh minced garlic and red pepper flakes
Whisk sauce ingredients together and pour over fish that has been placed in baking dish.  Marinate all day in the refrigerator.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  Serve with a side of sauteed fresh vegetables.

  1. I wanted Wendy’s Simple Salmon recipe but I can’t copy and print. Suggestion.

    • That was due to the copyright stamp we installed to protect the photos of the kids but we know it does make it difficult to print the recipes. We have removed that so people can enjoy the recipes and will hope that the photos of the kids will be ok. Thanks!
