Jessica’s French Toast

Hey everyone, it’s Jessica!  This makes three slices which is just enough for me!  Just in case you missed it – click here to see my Taste Test: Cinnamon Swirl Bread post where I rate 5 different brands!

2 extra large eggs

1 T half and half

1/4 t pure vanilla extract

1/2 t sugar

1/2 nip ground nutmeg and light sprinkle ground cloves

Mix all those ingredients together.

Dip Grandpa’s Oven Cinnamon Swirl Bread in egg mixture coating both sides and letting it soak a bit.

Use non stick spray and fry on hot griddle until lightly browned and toasted on both sides.













Serve hot with warm pure maple syrup!
