AMERICANA – Crab Rangoon Dip

AMERICANALOGOHere is a great recipe from AMERICANA Restaurant and Lounge located in Des Moines, IA.  This would be a great last minute party dip idea for the upcoming Superbowl weekend.  Stay tuned as coming up we will also be posting one of their signature desserts…. Key Lime Bites.

Crab-Rangoon-Dip

In stand mixer with paddle attachment combine…..
12 ounces softened cream cheese
4 ounces softened Chèvre cheese
2 1/2 ounces Sweet Chili Sauce (from the Asian aisle)
Mix until creamy then add…..
3 ounces real crab meat
3/4 Tablespoon salt
1/2 Tablespoon ground pepper
Mix until blended.  Heat in microwave just long enough to take the chill off and serve alongside  Wonton Chips.
