1 small green pepper, diced
1 small sweet red pepper, diced
1 small sweet orange or sweet yellow pepper, diced
Then in small mixing bowl combine…..
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoons dried parsley
1/2 Tablespoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
