1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degree. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring, until melted then setting aside to cool. Beat sugar, butter and vanilla on medium speed until creamy. Beat in eggs until mixture is fluffy. Mix in cool semi-sweet chocolate. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips. Using small cookie scoop place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool on cookie sheet two minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely. Store in airtight container.
