Jenny’s Fruit Slush

Jenny shared this recipe as one that is good for young Moms.  She said when her girls were little and would get sick, this was the only thing she could get them to eat.  I made this for Jessica recently – she wasn’t sick at all – but she ate the whole batch over the course of the week and keeps begging me to make more. Jenny told me she made this up just this past week to get one of her Teenage Beauty Queens through a surgery to remove wisdom teeth.  So, I guess no matter how old the kids are, this is a good recipe to have on hand for when they do not feel well. Jenny and I have not tried this (yet – wink) but are wondering if it might work to reserve a small amount and mix with adult beverage of choice.  This special reserve of course would be to help Mom feel a little better.  Now for those of you who are going crazy over me saying that – take a deep breath – everything in moderation is our modus operandi (which is Latin for “method of operation” or “way of operating”) around here.
