Since my initial post on our Taste Test of the Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake several people have checked out the post and the product. One has checked in with us – a woman – she is down 6 pounds in 2 weeks! I told all of you I thought this would be a good way to stay in shape through the holidays!
I hadn’t planned to share information about the product again and yet with that success story it seems silly to not sing the praises of Vi-Shape one more time. The representative was kind enough to share a bit more information with me about the nutritional components of the product so that is why we are featuring it in the health section.
You would have to eat all of this to get the nutrition found in ONE Body by Vi Shake
13 Eggs | 1.5 cups Broccoli | 5 Peaches | 2 Chicken Breasts | 1.5 cups Frozen Yogurt
1.5 cups Bran Flakes | 18oz Tomato Juice | 5oz Cheddar Cheese | 3 cups Lima Beans
15 slices Wheat Bread | 20 spears Asparagus | 2 cups Mushrooms | 30 Apples | 10 Celery Stalks
3 Tomatoes | 3 Pineapples | 30 Prunes
One other thing that I learned about the product is how versatile it is. You can use Vi-Shape in baking! So being an accountant I started thinking about the numbers. And it occurred to me that if you are currently picking up a pack Special K Protein, Slimfast or Atkins drinks each week you are roughly spending the same amount of money per month as you would on a bag of Vi-Shape. Too – you do not have the versatility of using it for other things. I know one of the things I hear from people who are on the drinks is that they miss food. Well with Vi-Shape you can have your drinks AND make food.
The lady who has lost weight over the last two weeks shared a couple recipes with me. So drink your Vi-Shape and eat it too!
